Persons in Chinese Mythology - Huan Dou 驩兜

Huan Dou 驩兜 was a minister of the mythical Emperor Yao 堯. He was a descendant of Chi You 蚩尤 and conspired with Gong Gong 共工 against Emperor Yao, so that he was dismissed and exiled to Mt. Chongshan 崇山. The book Shenyijing 神異經 describes him as a weird mixture of a man with different animals that lived somewhere in the south.
