Chen Wannian 陳萬年 (died 44 BCE), courtesy name Chen Yougong 陳幼公, was a high minister of the late Former Han period 前漢 (206 BCE-8 CE). He came from Peijun 沛郡 (modern Suixi 濉溪, Anhui) and was a petty official in his home town. He later became magistrate (ling 令), then governor (taishou 太守) of Guangling 廣陵 and then of the metropolitan region of Youfufeng 右扶風. As Chamberlain for the Imperial Stud (taipu 太僕) he served with utmost loyalty and even dedicated his whole property to the powerful families Xu 許 and Shi 史, so that he was recommended to succeed Counsellor-in-chief (chengxiang 丞相) Bing Ji 丙吉.
