The Jiangnan yuzai 江南餘載 "Remaining records of Southern China" is a history of southern China during the 10th century written by an unknown author during the Song period 宋 (960-1279). It is a condension of the histories written by Wang Ju 王舉, Lu Zhen 路振, Cheng Pengnian 陳彭年 and Yang Yi 楊億 that were compiled as extensions of the Jiangnanlu 江南錄 (see Jiangnan bielu 江南别錄). The received book is a product by Zheng Wenbao 鄭文寳 who brought these different versions together into one book. The Jiangnan yuzai must be seen as a draft to his 3 juan long treatise Jiangbiaozhi 江表志, of which only fragments are surviving. The Jiangnan yuzai could be reconstructed form fragments surviving in the Ming period 明 (1368-1644) encyclopedia Yongle dadian 永樂大典. Both the Jiangnan yuzai and the Jiangbiaozhi are included in the collectaneum Siku quanshu 四庫全書.
