The book has a length of 4 volumes and presents the imprints of more than 140 carved by Lin. Each page includes between two and eight seals, but without transcription into regular script. Most items bear names, titles, studio names, or mottos and quotations from literature. The catalogue is introduced by several prefaces, some of them written by famous scholars like Xu Qianxue 徐乾學 (1631-1694). It was printed in 1712.

Another edition in just one volume was printed in 1692.
