Huang Mufu yincun 黃牧甫印存

Huang Mufu yincun 黃牧甫印存 is a seal album on art objects of the collection of Huang Shiling 黃士陵, courtesy name Mufu 牧甫 (also written 穆甫 or 穆父), style Juansou 倦叟, Yishanren 黟山人, Wozhuanju 蝸篆居 or Tingqing Fenshi 延清芬室, a famous seal collector and carver.

The catalogue presents Huang's own creations and those of other seal carvers like He Baohuang 何寶璜, Zhou Wei 周謂, Xiang Wang 向萬 or Zhang Ying 張瑩. The first edition from c. 1905 presented 223 seal imprints applied on thin leaflets glued on the base paper (niantie 粘貼). The second edition from 1936 in two volumes was published by Zhang Lu'an 張魯庵 (1901-1962) and was based on Huang's collection. It only includes 61 seal imprints, most of which from seals created by Wang Bing'en 王秉恩 (1845-1928) and Pan Lanshi 潘蘭史 (1857-1934). A third edition, finished around 1935, was produced by Chen Rong 陳融. It shows 151 seal imprints from Huang's collection, with artworks created by Zhong Xihuang 鐘錫璜, Sheng Jiying 盛季瑩, Huang Shaokuan 黃紹寬 and Ouyang Wuyun 歐陽務耘.
