Dian Wei 典韋 (d. 208) was a military officer of the warlord Cao Cao 曹操 during the last decades of the Eastern Han period 東漢 (25-220 CE).

He hailed from Jiwu 己吾 in the commandery in Chenliu 陳留 (today's Ningling 寧陵, Henan) and joined with his militia men Cao Cao during the latter's campaign against Lü Bu 呂布 in Puyang 濮陽. Cao Cao made him a commandant (duwei 都尉). Later on Dian Wei played a decisive role in the defense of Cao Cao's headquarters in the province of Jingzhou 荊州 during the attack of Zhang Xiu's 張繡 army. Dian died from the wounds received during that battle.
