Yangshe Zhi 羊舌職 (died 570) was a nobleman in the state of Jin 晉 during the Spring and Autumn period 春秋 (770-5th cent. BCE). He was a son of Yangshe Tu 羊舌突 and a member of the house of Yangshe 羊舌.

In 593, Shi Hui 士會 (Fan Wuzi 范武子) was made general of the Central Army (zhongjun 中軍), and Yangshe Zhi was appointed Senior Tutor (taifu 太傅). Shu Hui followed a strict constabulary policy, so that all bandit groups left the state of Jin and migrated to Qin 秦. Yangshe Zhi compared this with the ruling style of the ancient Emperor Yu the Great 大禹. Later on he served as a commander in the Central Army under Qi Xi 祁奚.
