Shiwulun 時務論 "On the duties of the time" was a book written by Yang Wei 楊偉, courtesy name Shiying 世英, from Fengyi 馮翊 (today's Dali 大荔, Shaanxi). He served the Wei 曹魏 (220-265), and later the Jin dynasty 晉 (265-420) as secretarial court gentleman (shangshu lang 尚書郎) and "commander conquering the south" (zhengnan junshi 征南軍師), and participated in the revision of the calendar and the creation of the Jingchu Calendar (Jingchu li 景初曆). His writings Sangqiu Xiansheng shu 桑丘先生書 are lost, as is his Shiwulun with a length of 12 juan. Only three fragments are preserved which are included in Ma Guohan's 馬國翰 (1794-1857) series Yuhan shanfang jiyi shu 玉函山房輯佚書.
